Abuja, Nigeria · 14 nights · small hosted groups

Experience Nigeria like you already have family here.

Plugtrips is a 14-night Abuja experience hosted entirely by locals. We handle the itinerary — the family dinners, the markets, the late-night music spots — so you can just show up and take it all in.

Next group: December 2026 — dates confirmed when you enquire.

Most tours just show you the country through a bus window. We're giving you the aux cord. By the time you leave, Abuja won't just be a destination — it'll feel like your city.

No. 01 — Taste

Eat like
you're family.

A chef's dinner the night you land, a baking session mid-trip, buffet at 355, and a long argument about whose jollof wins. And yes, street suya at 1am is basically mandatory.

No. 02 — Sound

The playlist
never really stops.

From afternoon talking-drum sessions to live Afrobeats after dark. We know the venues and we know the doormen, so you'll always feel like a VIP on the dance floor.

No. 03 — Craft

Make something
with your hands.

An afternoon of painting and pottery, and a morning at the Arts and Craft Village watching carvers, weavers and painters work. Whatever you make or pick up, it comes home with you.

No. 04 — The City

Abuja, shown off
by locals who love it.

We'll take you to the famous spots like Zuma Rock at sunset, but the best parts are the hidden corners and local hangouts you'd never find on a map.

sunset is non-negotiable

Day by day

Two weeks, zero guesswork.

The trip moves in three acts. Open any day — this is the actual shape of it, refined trip after trip.

Where you'll stay

Your home base.

You aren't just getting a standard hotel room. You're staying in a fully furnished apartment with your group. It's got AC, smart TVs, a kitchen if you feel like cooking, and plenty of space to just kick back and relax after a long day in the city.

The people expecting you

Your hosts, your plugs.

You're travelling with three people who grew up here. They're the reason this whole thing works.

Before you ask

The honest FAQ.

Is Abuja safe for visitors?

Abuja is a purpose-built capital, so it's naturally calm and orderly. But more importantly, you're never doing this alone. You're always with trusted drivers, at vetted spots, with a local host on call 24/7.

Do I need a visa?

Most people do — either a visa or an e-visa. Once you book, we send you a simple step-by-step guide for your country and help you through it. It's more paperwork than fun, but we have you covered.

What's actually included?

Everything. Return flights, visa support, airport pickup, your room, daily rides, your hosts, a concierge on call, and every activity on the itinerary. The packages are all the same trip — the only difference is which room you're in.

How big is the group?

Few curated guests, we keep it small on purpose — four of you, plus your three hosts. By day three it feels less like a tour group and more like a few friends who happen to be in Abuja together.

How do I book a spot?

Send us a message below or hit us on WhatsApp. We'll check your dates first, then send you payment options — deposits are fine. You don't pay anything until your spot is confirmed.

What if I have food or mobility needs?

Just tell us when you reach out. We have a private chef, so anything you can't eat — or would rather eat — gets built into the menu from day one. Same with mobility: we plan around you, not the other way round.
